King Richard's Faire

Hey, look at these photos I found from when we went to King Richard's Faire back in September!  Eva wore a princess dress and met Elsa.

And Ana

And Noah met, well, this guy.  He was scary, Noah loved it.

Typical Eva

While Grandma was here Eva and Noah entertained us with some shows.  Eva was her typical dramatic self

Happy Hanukkah

We had a lovely Hanukkah this year.

The kids were really into it, they both know the routine and Eva can sing most of the blessings.

This past weekend, Nana, Saba and Grandma came to celebrate Hanukkah with us.  We lit the candles while facetiming with the Wisconsin crew.

Hi Charlotte!  Look at all the candles!!

Happy Hanukkah Everybody. :)

Computer

Hey, Noah made a computer!

(It's a Mac)

(clearly the kid knows his stuff)

Inside, we see the screen, volume buttons, and a full keyboard.

I wonder if Apple has any openings...

Hello Winter!

We got to enjoy our first real sledding of the season during our visit to Tully

And found a little snow when we got home

Though our snow requires fewer layers and a different mode of traveling over it...

Sleepy

Chad has been reading the kids Harry Potter lately.  Let's just say Noah is a bit more into it than Eva...

(This happens four nights out of five.  It is actually surprisingly easy to transfer her to bed, and having one kid asleep before they are sent to bed makes the bedtime way easier.  In other words, I love Harry Potter).

Grandma's hat

After thanksgiving we took a trip up to Tully, and then to Ithaca to visit Grandma.  Noah showed her how he makes paper airplanes.

Then they decided to tackle a new project, figuring how to make some hats.

Success!!

We also tried making paper boats, let's just say these were not so successful.  But a great visit even if the paper boats didn't survive. :)

Ed. note: yes, the blog has suffered lately.  I will try to fill in some gaps for Oct & Nov and get a bit more posted going forward.
