Our son, the poet

Friday again

Morning is a good time for bouncing with daddy.

Also please rest assured that we do change our child's clothes from time to time... um... it's just when we take a picture in the evening and then in the morning... um... he loves the blue suit... um... get off my back already!

Also, this whole "sleep when the baby sleeps" thing is way more difficult than it sounds. I swear I am trying.

Unfortunately I stink at it.

Snow!

Hey - it actually snowed last night!

Please observe our beautiful tree in the morning sunlight. The neighbors' trees were pretty stunning as well.

Noah and I took a walk around Ambler, and discovered the mansions had been turned into fairy-tale castles.

And then I had the foresight to clean off the car while the baby was asleep, strapped to my chest. This will make it way easier to go out this afternoon when I have him in the carseat.

Of course, the snow is melting fast and will probably be slush by tomorrow morning. This makes me extra happy we got out to enjoy it this morning.

In other news, Noah has learned how to do the mashed potato.

Angel

Today's post brought to you by the perfect sleeping angel department.

Also, Noah is huge. Look - he's as long as Chad is wide!

Saba is here

I maintain my position that three adults to one infant is the proper ratio.

Out and about

Noah went out to breakfast today

He was reasonably well behaved, but mom and dad are still a bit wimpy about letting him fuss in a restaurant. But honey wheat pancakes with lemon zest and caramel sauce are a powerful motivator...

After breakfast we went over to Fort Washington state park for a nice hike in the snow.

I think Noah likes hiking... but it is somewhat hard to tell since he's basically asleep as soon as we start walking with the carrier. At any rate it is a beautiful day here in the tropics so it was nice to be out and about.

In other news, apparently it is February. Wow. When did that happen?
