Eva's naming

We had the whole family up for Eva's naming ceremony last weekend. She was a trooper, and charmed everyone.

She got to meet her Nana and her Aunt Sarah for the first time.

Also, she totally rocked her little white dress.

Curly Girl

After the bath, Eva's hair is super curly.

It actually stays pretty curly, even after it dries.

Until we do something crazy like put a hat on her, then it's back to the pixie 'do.

Also, Eva says happy Valentine's day!

Looks like this is the last time Eva gets to wear this snowsuit... she's almost grown out of her newborn clothes!

Baby Playdate

Eva and her buddy Alden, both 10mo. Please ignore the mommy chatter in the background.



I love watching the two of them play - they interact with each other so well. Shortly before they discovered the screen door Eva picked up a small teddy bear and knee-walked it across the room, then handed it to Alden. They will coo at each other and pat each other on the head or the knee. They will listen to a book together and one of them will turn the pages while the other watches. I think they are both so relieved to get to interact with someone at their own level instead of a dominating big brother. :)

Sibling Photo shoot

Even though the shirts are cute, the children aren't so cooperative when it comes to picture taking...

I suspect this will be one of many, many photo shoots where we don't get any very good photos.

Ah well, let's give up and have a group hug.

Blanket Time
