Bocce

We had a lovely party in the backyard yesterday, and while somehow I didn't manage to get any pictures of the crazy fray of children, I did capture Noah and Eva's first Bocce game.

They played for a while before their friends arrived, and then Noah tried again with Jesse and Oscar

 

And then we had to put the bocce set away because it is physically impossible for a herd of 5yo boys to be near a set of launchable objects without throwing them at each other.

 

But anyway, bocce is out, summer has begun!!

Pipes!!

Noah's class has been really into pipes lately, so they kids were super psyched to get to see Grammy and Grammy Sue's new water heater hookup

Playground!!

So there's been quite a bit going on, but the biggest (by volume) is our new playground!

It was quite a project.  Grammy, Grammy Sue, Mema and Oompa all helped us put it together

And then all six cousins helped by trying it out

We are going to have a great summer!!
